I live overseas and wasted several minutes of call time either no operator answers or I get disconnected once the automated answering system kicks in. There should be a 1-800 number customers can call. I thought that I have ironed out the problem when I got hold of a customer representative months ago only to find out the form I emailed never got through and am now recieving delinquent payment notices. Hey Philamlife get your act together.
