~NMC: when everyone is out on employee development training an alternative number should be given on the recording. Surely someone has to be available in Customer Service, otherwise what is the point of customer service when no is available.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Pillsbury. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Pillsbury problem?
~NMC: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~NMC: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Pillsbury's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NMC: For that I would say two out of five.
