~WHY PEPCO!? WHY!?: I call PEPCO multiple times a week with problems from my accounts and it is absolutely THE WORST Provider I have ever worked with. If the problem looks to complex the Rep will try to transfer you. ALWAYS ASK TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR BEFORE HAND. I went through * Departments just to go back to the one I started with. If anything needs to be researched expect it to take *-* months.
