GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Prometric customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~santinel-A: Pro-Metric cannot be found if it were not for GetHuman.com !!! And who can wait *** minutes in hope that MAYBE someone will pick up the line ?!?!**Pro-Metric PRACTICALLY DOES NOT HANDLE AT ALL ITS INCLEMENT WEATHER TESTING SITE CLOSINGS. The day prior I get an anonymous call from an *** number, without any message being left on my VM. Early on the testing day I receive A CONFIRMATION OF THE APPOINTMENT to the closed site. I call the site and get a 'robot' message announcing its closure. I go online and find the site on the list of the closed sites. But when I attempt to send a rescheduling message to the provided e-Mail address . . . I get it right back with the 'UnDeliverable' stamp.**That been said, the extreme waiting time was worth its while, the representative clarified and rescheduled the appointment to my ultimate satisfaction, in about * minutes' time.

~santinel-A: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~santinel-A: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Prometric's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~santinel-A: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Prometric customers?
~santinel-A: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Prometric to know who you are.
