~Kenneth Stiller: The CSR could not speak very well, Kept insisting that I should do as she said without allowing me to talk. Something was wrong with her phone. we kept getting popping noise all through the call. I changed phones so the problem was not my phones. She did not speak distinctly nor very good English. I would not recommend her for a "good" CSR. I asked her to change her phone, but she would not.
