GetHuman-256585: I waited for ** minutes while also waiting on the phone on hold for *** minutes. It still said "chat is offline" even though it was during normal business hours. I feel like they are severely understaffed to the point where providing reasonable customer service is impossible

GetHuman-256585: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-256585: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about RCN's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-256585: For that I would say five out of five.
