I have Called Six different times And can not get an application approved On my lifeline program I do not understand why You cannot complete my application I feel that you have a very poor employee service program that They do not understand the common language and English They are unable to locate the information necessary to complete my application Every time I call As need for another application. So please contact me With the information About my application and when it will be completed. My name is Larry Merwin My address Is *** Indio Ave Salton Sea Bch (Thermal)California *****. *Cell number ***-***-****I would appreciate a return call or some kind of correspondents To this message As in the past four months On the phone I doubt very very very poor response from your representatives So I would appreciate any efforts to complete my application for lifeline
