GetHuman-199784: Have called three times with the same problem ( still unresolved ) and been told the same thing each time. No closer to a resolution now than after my first call * months ago. Haven't been able to rent a movie since October.

GetHuman-199784: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-199784: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Redbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
