~This is BS: This is my *th attempt to contact you. I need to change my billing information, but NO, no one there cares. You should also have weekend help. That's when I started trying to get through. I would not have suspected this level of BS . I'm pissed and I'm hanging up. If you want to get this straight, call me at ***-***-****. Every attempt is such a waste of my time and energy. Thumbs down.
