GetHuman-16576: My subscription to the Sacramento Bee is coming up for renewal. I needed to speak to a live person because I was having problems with my digital access. When my call was finally picked up, I was speaking to someone with a heavy accent who said he could not find my account or help me with my issues. He referred me to an *** number and now I'm waiting on hold again. I'm calling during normal business hours on a weekday. It's no wonder the newspapers are going out of business. They're apparently not interested in retaining paying customers.
