~Gigi: I am sorry that I answered my phone when a rep from UTU asked me to signed up for sdut weekly*Sun newspaper T,F,S,S for $**.** for * months. The week the paper was to be delivered, it didn't arrive. I called and was told that it will be there next Thursday. It was there, however the paper did not come the following week.I called and complained. Then it arrive for a few weeks. After * complaints I cancelled the delivery all together. And asked for my $**.** back. Now the problem gets bigger. I've called *xs since april and the refund did not reach my visa. Today, **** called again and spoke to frontline person and Supervisor Ron and was told there's a glitch in the system and they are working on it.I thought I could help clear up the mess because I use * different names.*So here I am again complaining about that*glitch in your computer system. I say bull to all that. I don't care about UT and would not buy or take your newspaper if it were free. And I'm going to tell all my friends and
