~Someday: Sears Customer Service actually after some confusion located my order, and the install order, but found no action on it since last Friday, but located the installer but only to receive a recording, they kept calling and so did I, today is Tuesday--the stove was to be delivered today since they could not last Friday. NO word yet at **:**, no reply-who knows when I get the stove. Sears' website impressive, the sales clerk at the store also, but they cannot deliver, so none of that success matters. Ironically, I remember my mother having these problems with Sears ** years ago! Poor Sears
