GetHuman-403065: They gave me an estimated time of delivery between *-* pm. It was past * pm and the washer and dryer that I purchased was not delivered yet. I called the customer service and they said the estimated time of delivery has been changed to *-*pm, which I wasn't informed. The customer service said that they will call me for an estimated time. I waited till * pm. It is past * pm and the delivery truck is nowhere in sight. I called the customer service and they said the same thing again. They said they will call me back for an estimated time of delivery. I haven't heard from them either.
