~jcblanch: Terrible customer service. I had to call them because I only received * of * appliances upon delivery (which was already * days later than the original scheduled delivery time) and they didn't even call*email before to let me know, I had to call them. Ask to speak to a supervisor and you might get a little further than you would otherwise. The regular customer service people don't do a thing for you except say sorry. This is the *nd time I've used Sears for appliances because of the good sales prices, but I will never ever be using them again due to their poor customer service, poor communication with customers and poor delivery timelines.
