~shanewoodsman: Hello,**I am a member of the Craftsman's club and I always try to buy Sears even though you closed the store by our family (Slidell, La.) - we need a response to this email ASAP.**We were told that our Craftsman push mower batteries would fit in this new chainsaw so because of the Sears salesperson we paid almost *** more than we could have at Lowes to buy this Sears battery chainsaw. Lowes has their brand **v chainsaw for ** bucks but it only has one battery.**WELL, your Sears employee either lied or doesn't know Sears products because our two ** volt lithium ion Sears batteries from our lawnmower DON'T fit this Sears **v lithium ion chainsaw. WE have been waiting since last week for this saw to cut some pine trees, and this has put us in a bad situation. ONE battery will not cut what we need - we need * batteries, and were promised (by a SEARS employee) that the * Sears batteries we already own would FIT this Sears chainsaw.**WE need you to send us another battery for this chainsaw
