~Frustrated: I've tried to get a home equity payoff statement faxed or emailed to me for * days. Everytime I call the automated system it prompts me to hit * for a payoff quote but then it disconnected me. I finally called the *** number and hit *.....was on hold for ** minutes before someone picked up the line..Way too long. The automated system should work so a person can get a payoff quote without talking to someone.
