~carlbauer: I got on the shark will call you and never got a call. My vac was bought from QVC about a year ago, my grandson dropped it and broke a piece inside .we took it to a repair shop and was told good luck with your throw away sweeper, we can not get parts. When we tried to get a part online we were told none available. If this is how customers are treated never again will I buy from you.I will also contact QVC about this.
