GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Shutterfly customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-80841: I asked if they could disclose to me who sent me an anonymous gift to my address. (Just wanted to thank the sender). They made me pull up MY account (although I kept saying that I HAD NOT BEEN THE ONE ORDERING IT). After I turned on computer, logged onto MY account, and many more minutes of explaining stuff about my account, the person said: "I cannot disclose who the sender is." Why did they not say it right away that when somebody ships you something anonymously, Shutterfly will not help you in finding out whom to thank? Why the gyrations to go through MY account info? I felt frustrated and not listened to from the beginning. *(
