~lillianc: Omg like they need better customer service...so the issue I had with them was THEY TOOK MONEY OUT MY BANK AACCOUNT ! like really they name was on it and it said -$**.**... I called and said why isn't my phone on. They just looked at the transition and said it was denied..and I was like but yall took money off my account ..I have proof and they said well take it up with your bank... That makes no sense...I said u just lost a customer and hung up. I'm going to try cricket or metro pcs..but never again
