GetHuman-76974: This is horrible. ALl I wanted to know is where to mail my real estate tax bill. Couldn't fine on website, my e-mail through the web was never answered, called local branch, directed to this phone number, held over ** minutes and had to hang up...a self perpetuating circle of zero customer service to the point that I am contemplating pulling my mortgage and bank accounts. Even my mortgage guy couldn't help me.
