~ntouchwireless sucks: i didnt like the phone that i got and went to return it. The rep told me i was past the tome to return the device. He offered to trade me a device that I later found out was not new and was his own personal device. After i found this out I took the device back to the store that I had gotten it from. I was told that the rep. David Duane Garner no longer works at the location and that there was nothing that could be done. Sprint customer care is absolutley worthless. They kept sending me to the store to do an upgarde that I wasnt eligible for. Customer care then told me after I had traveled to the store back and forth * times. The only good experience I had was with the manager in the store, he did absolutely everything that he could do to try and help me resolve this.
