~Disgruntled Customer: Sprint mislead me as far as an upgrade. I spent multiple hours on the phone and was sent to the store twice only to be told I wasn't eligible for the upgrade that they originally guaranteed. only compensation I got for my trouble was "I'm sorry". Very poor service. Once my contract is up I'm definitely switching to another carrier
