~Furious Customer: I've been calling customer service since last month because the coverage in the San Diego area is really awful. After multiple escalations and headaches their conclusion was that my phone was the real issue, so then I explained that both my wife and I have the same exact problem and recently upgraded phones (Iphone *s), when I threatened to cancel their service they said ''Ok Sr. you have to pay the ETF (early termination fee( $*** dlls'' and I flipped out since I was cancelling for getting a crappy service not for other reason. Bottom line I ended up switching over to Verizon and they basically paid off the ETF and we're much happier with Verizon now.**DO NOT SIGN UP A CONTRACT WITH SPRINT (AWFUL SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, ETC.)
