GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Staples customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Toastpdr: First, I had to press a number for various services and mine never came up. All I wanted was to laminate a small poster. As if there are ** people all working in special departments. I have been in that store many times and NEVER saw more than * or * including cashiers. Who do they think they are with all those choices? It's BS! So after ** min, I chose to look them up on GET HUMAN. COM to get an actual person but even that number was a hassle!! Next, I called Office Depot and got a person right away who knew what was what. Don't deal with staples as I have noticed that they are obscenely mor expensive that Office Depot for the exact same thing! Ie: I went for a plan book as I am a teacher. I found one and it was **.**.whichwas pricey for what it was. I saw the exact same one in OD for *.**!!!! Amazing. I don't know how they got their name on top of the sports stadium in LA! The worst!

~Toastpdr: For that I would say five out of five.

~Toastpdr: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Staples to know who you are.
