~kmac73: I could not actually say the accurate minutes above. I emailed at *pm on December ** and got a response back at **am on December **. Not too bad I guess. I bought a Grande Chai Tea Latte with whip cream and when I got home, it was just a little over half way full. I bought using my Visa debit card. The lady that responded somehow thought I used my "Starbucks" card. I'm not sure how. She stated that she would credit my card. I wrote her back to explain it is a Visa. I'm sure it will be rectified. Check your cups before you drive off customers!
