~After Hours Caller: This is the second occasion I've had to use Get Human to find a number for State Farm Insurance that isn't the local agent. I appreciate Get Human very much, but the problem is all the State Farm rep *really* says is that the local agent will have to call me back. I'm used to customer service that can give straight answers themselves.
