~erika.greene: I am having issues with my new galaxy s* and nobody at straight talk seems to care. My phone is on the fritz and I can't talk to anyone because my speaker won't work. Plus if I need to push the number buttons I have to push the speaker button first or my phone will go black after a second. I've only had this phone for about a week and a half and its already proving to be more trouble then it should be. And if somethings not done about it then I will be telling the whole world not to buy a straight talk phone because they are junk* and that the smart phones aren't worth the money.

~erika.greene: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~erika.greene: For that I would say four out of five.
