~Ralph Houshour: Your rep said computer glitch and he had me on hold for ** minutes and such a waste of my time.. i did not appreciate your service and reps that can not seem to figure out what they problem is.. I tried * times to buy a top up card on line and that is why I called in to see why. And your rep said a computer glitch.. I have things to get done and this is wrong by all means.
