~Joe: It is abundantly clear from the theme of comments, Super * is a motel with no standards or corporate governance! From my own experience last night, the Petersburg, VA motel not only exceeds the norms for lack of care, quality and safety, but they have gone above and beyond to operate this particular motel in a seedy, drug oriented area that not many would ever pay to spend a night. I was so frightened, horrified and shocked beyond belief, that I paid for the night and proceeded to exit the back door scrambling to get safely back in my car and out of the environment.

~Joe: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

~Joe: For that I would say one out of five.
