I have talked to you on the phone and e mail my norton still is not working it is payed until june 2010 you have instructed me to uninstall and then install and it just is no resonse from symantec you sent me a backup disc not working without a product key I am upset and I don't have time to sit on the phone for hours Ilona Laycock
