~angryinjersey: My bill also went up ***%, and I actually used *** kwh less this month than last. Spoke to "owner", Alex, he answered the phone, "Hello". No name, no he he was, so odd and unprofessional.STAY AWAY, SCAAM ALERT! But what recourse do we have, can an assmeblyman or state senator please get involved, I want my money back. Canceled with them and locked in a rate of .** for ** months.Customer service was rude, the owner is a douche and should go to jail. While all other companies rates are going down this week, he said his were up? Are you kidding me? Makes no sense.
