GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's T-Mobile customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Just me: Reps were trying to be nice but forced to fcollow the lame policy of the company even when the company made a mistake, they wouldn't fix it. I left my phone with T mobile to transfer all my data, pics, contacts etc to my new phone.......they only transferred my contacts.....then sent my old phone back and refused to try to get it back just * hours later to finish the transfer. I lost all my data, pictures and files.............they are so insensitive and horrible..........The worst customer service ever.

~Just me: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Just me: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Just me: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~Just me: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
