~Vermont: If you put in a fake account number and hit *, it sends you to a person...just make sure that you ask to escalate to a supervisor, the first level of service can't do anything to actually help you out. TRS relies on obfuscation and exhaustion to confuse and demoralize their victims - don't let them do it! Insist on a supervisor when you get someone on the phone, and DON'T LET THEM OFF TIL YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT!!! :)
