~rosemary1918: my electric was turned off, they said for non payment. I have automatic bill pay. Not only did I have enough money in my account but I have my acct set up to pay any bill even if I don't have enough money in my account and my bank charges me a fee. I was charged $** by txu twice and a $** re*connect fee. TXU never tried to take the money out of my account according to my bank's records. This is my third day trying to get this taken care of.
