GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Target Card customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Hackles UP: Incredibly bad. On weekdays, Target collections (placed in collections after the first time ever I missed a payment, after * days, even though I had no prior notice! Still waiting--I am sorry for the abuse that the poor Philippines has to endure, without authority to assist customers, over Target's mercenary practices! Insist that they give you over to someone in the U.S., and insist that person listen, without transferring you to a "call back Monday" number.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Target Card. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Target Card problem?
~Hackles UP: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Hackles UP: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Target Card's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Hackles UP: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Target Card customers?
~Hackles UP: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Target Card to know who you are.
