~DaBird55: C*S is not aware that when they transfer you to Red Card Svc.'s, they have a recording, "Not taking calls go to website"...what gives, even they (C*S) don't know that Red Card is closed off. No wonder you folk's are knee deep in manure. After * calls and everything from a total of ** minutes on various holds and waits (even on call back lines), I wait again for the Phillipino phone center to transfer me to order verification because they can't see my account and the fraudulent charges!**You folk's never cease to amaze me with your red tape, customer alienation and lack of organization.
