GetHuman-16036: The girl who answered the phone was extremely helpful. This number is to their distibution warehouse so, they cannot assist beyond transferring you to the correct department. However, they are very polite and courteous. Now, the actual customer service department is a whole other story. Tempstar is horrible in terms of actual customer service.

GetHuman-16036: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
