~Timpast89: it is a sad state of affairs when one calls a company like the Miami Herald and receive no satisfaction. The level of ineptitude and disorganization is beyond frustration.*We recently moved to North MiamiBeach and want to become familiar with all there is to offer.My husband often uses the newspaper to find out what's happening locally.*We sent $**.** by check for a * month promotional subscription in November. To date we have NOT received a paper and each time we've called are told it will be received on Sunday. Today we were informed by the supervisor,Gus the payment amount we sent was applied to an old subscription*delievery. Speaking to anyone there is like speaking to a robot. The individuals at the office are indifferent and babble* difficult to understand. The information we were given is completely erroneous and makes no makes no sense. we had called in May to put a hold on the paper delivery, as we were going back to NY. At this time I would like to receive my paper or receive
