~Valeriejbeck: I have not had cable for over * years due to the price, but my husband and I decided it was time to try it again. I am sorry I did. Let's begin with the original phone call I made on Friday..it was great! The customer service rep helped me find a plan and we set up an install appointment for Monday. The appointment time was *-*. I left work early to be home by *.....and the waiting began. At *:** I received a call that the tech was running a little behind. At *:**....still no Tech. He arrived at *:**...* hours late. I called and complained and I was refunded my $** install fee. He arrived with the wrong equipment, installed wrong equipment, deleted my own modem (but reinstalled it)...At *:** he stated that he was sent with the wrong box and he would return the following day to finish the job. I told him that I super busy and he stated that he could come by any time. We agreed that *:** would be good and that he would call first. FYI...he left his receipt book with all of his pr
