GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Time Warner customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-72316: Started new acct process before my move. Received **-** calls daily from various reps reviewing services I wanted. Asked them to stop calling, calls continued. When i returned back from out of state I called them to see when service would be turned on. Told no order showed. Then told I needed to go to their office with my lease. Went, provided lease, paid *st months service. Told service would be turned on next day. Next day no contact from them until knock at door. Time Warner rep there gazing into my house eyeballing Time Warner bag on floor next to TV. He then asked where was "Jane Doe". Told him didn't know her a and just moved in. He appeared to not believe me and kept questioning me about whether I knew her, was she here, who was I. Finally I had to call time warner myself and handed him the phone. I was then informed he was there to turn off service to the house (didn't know it was on under previous tenants name). Then I was told no order existed for my service. Spoke to cust
