~Diane: Finally spoke to someone who had some knowledge of the company he worked for. His name in Jonathan Harrington and he was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Found out that the CRT treatment program started in **** and got me to a tier two manager. He had knowledge and was great. Keep up the good work Jonathan and perhaps you should train the others.

~Diane: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Toyota's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Diane: For that I would say five out of five.
