~Beth: Recall for spare tire corrosion on my Sienna. Brunswick, OH Toyota wanted to remove the tire and bolt it inside the van on the back of the *rd seat making the *rd seat inoperable. UNACCEPTABLE! They say there is no remedy at this time. I told them to replace the entire assembly. The dealer also told me that if the tire releases due to corrosion then Toyota is not liable - BULL ****! I own * Toyotas and one Honda, this is not making me happy. This call center gave me a reference number and contacted their corporate office on my behalf. They tried to blow me off with telling me there is no remedy - I did not give in. I'm having the entire assembly replaced for my own protection.

~Beth: For that I would say four out of five.
