“I bought a new 120 minute card that won't work. Although my phone showed I have over 4 minutes and 298 days of service left, Deela in India advised me the phone ran out of minutes in October 2010 and was deactivated. She can't reactivate me! I'm out $30 for the minutes card. Tracfone is HORRIBLE! ”
