~MaeDay: Customer Service listened to me, understood my problem. Immediately gave me a call back *. Then explained that a new SIM card would be sent & arrive in *-** days. Then I should use the tech support phone * to make sure the new phone accepts my old phone*. She asked for my email address, gave me a ID* and assured me I'd receive an email confirmation. It all took less than ** minutes and resolved all my problems with the least amount of anxiety or confusion. What a relief! It restored my confidence in tracfone. I wish other businesses took their customer service seriously! Thanks again!
