GetHuman-287134: Long wait, untrained personnel, zero help. This company is badly run, they do not understand what "Quality Service" means. Making things worse, they have defective products and you can just wish you never used their products. My case: brand new XV**i condenser & XC** Gas Furnace installation - takes over an hour for the inside temp to change * degrees. Noise inside the house (coming from the return vent) is so loud that can not sleep at nigt (distance between the vent and bed is **** feet). Just unacceptable! Avoid using this company's products! BAD QUALITY PRODUCTS & WORST CUST SUPPORT (they don't care)
