~unpleased with "service": Their form letters do not communicate well and come at odd times. I was told (by form letter, obviously not read by a human because of omitted words and defective punctuation) that I would have to take a yearly payment months AFTER signing up for semi-annual payments. I wish my parents had never entrusted their money to TA!

~unpleased with "service": I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TransAmerica's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~unpleased with "service": For that I would say four out of five.
