I have had 2 viruses and the last one took my computer out. I have had Trend for several years, my business started with them in 2004 until now. I loved this service until this year, I find that the reps rush you off the phone now and talk over you, it didn't use to be that way. I don't have a problem with their accent I have a problem with the way I am treated. I had to threaten to call the BBB before they helped me with the first virus. Then they told me that this one time they would let their virus specailist handle my case without me having to pay. I am sorry but I thought they were there to help you with the viruses not charge you extra when their program fails to protect you. Maybe I am wrong but I am sure that I am disappointed. I will not renew!!
