~Ann Onymous: Great customer service. I have a cup with a lid where the lid split last night. I knew Tupperware has a lifetime guarantee. The cup is at least * years old, but I thought they might still be making it. They are. They are sending a new cup and lid which is supposed to arrive in * weeks. There is a $*.** shipping fee that they waived since it was the first replacement I have ever called for. The customer service rep who helped me knew what he was doing, was very polite and efficient. I was happy with my call.

~Ann Onymous: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Ann Onymous: For that I would say three out of five.
