GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's TurboTax customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Jeff: Can't understand why it's so hard to actually get to a person... anyway I wanted to know why TT Deluxe with State is **.** at Costco but **.** online with additional costs for state. The answer was because they store your taxes for you. I don't need them stored, a PDF on my computer is just fine, that was not an option I was told. So I have to go buy the CD at Costco, call in for an online number because I have a new computer and no longer have a CD drive.. why do they make it so hard.. H&R Block commercials look pretty good right about now. It just can't be this hard to use their product.. I've been doing it for ** years or so... and would hate to go somewhere else.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TurboTax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TurboTax problem?
~Jeff: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jeff: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jeff: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~Jeff: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
