~peterlouwe: Words fail me in trying to describe Twitter's "customer service". the phone number provided has a recording saying Twitter does not provide help over the phone. Nice. I guess it manages to occupy customers - now former customers - for a period of time while they wonder what a company that cares about its customers might do. Pathetic. *fail

~peterlouwe: For that I would say one out of five.
